7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@maxracegear.com or call +1 (917) 475-0781. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Sizing Exchanges

If you need a different size, we offer free exchanges for sizing issues. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement in the correct size. Return shipping for size exchanges is covered by Max Racegear.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized suits are not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the specifications provided at the time of order.
